Donation requests
At the Blue Loon Bakery, we’re proud to support local nonprofits, schools and community organizations whenever we’re able.
We receive many requests throughout the year, and because we’re a small business with limited resources, we’re unfortunately not able to fulfill every one. To make sure each request receives fair consideration, we kindly ask that all donation requests be sent in writing rather than in person or by phone. This lets our team review requests during dedicated administrative time and keeps our staff focused on serving customers during business hours.
Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event or deadline.
We carefully review every submission, but a request does not guarantee a donation.
Due to the volume of requests, we may only contact organizations whose requests have been approved.
How to send a request
Email us at [email protected] and include the following details. The button below opens an email with these fields already listed.
- Organization name
- Contact name
- Contact email
- Your role at the organization
- Event or fundraiser date
- Donation requested (gift card, baked goods, etc.)
- How the donation will be used
- Tax ID (enter 0 if not applicable)
- Deadline for a response
